Software professional, lease expiring end of May. Looking for roommates and/or one bedroom apartments, not set on either. As a roommate, I try to keep things clean, and I use the kitchen frequently. I will likely spend several hours on the weekend preparing food for the week. I tend to be fairly quiet, though I would like to have people over sometimes. I spend much of my home time in my room on the computer. Ideally my roommate will be clean and respectful, maybe with some shared interests. With regards to living arrangements, preference is at least 0.75 bath per person, and communal spaces should be spacious.
