Dane M - $1,800/month

Hey,

I'm Dane. I just graduated from Trinity College in Dublin and was given a one year visa for working in the US. I lived in Brooklyn for five months last summer and worked in Manhattan. Unfortunately all the rooms in my previous apartment are rented out. My old roommates are happy to let me stay there short term while I find a room. I'll arrive in NYC on May 8th and ready to interview and move in ASAP.

I'd prefer not to live with couples. No problem with people having guests as long as it's not full time hang out spot for roommates friends. I keep place clean as I go during the week then do a deeper clean on weekends. I like to cook and drink socially. I don't have any pets but am not against pets who are house trained and don't have major behavior issues.
