I am Federica, a 27 y/o Italian PhD law student and just got accepted for visiting research period at Fordham Law, starting in September 2022 until March 2023 (6 months lease).
I am looking to rent a furnished room in an apartment in:
- Manhattan, with a preference for Lower or Upper Midtown, Upper East Side, or East Village
or:
- in Brooklyn (Fortgreen, Greenpoint or Williamsburg)
I have a max. budget of $1300/month, including utilities.
About me: I am friendly and clean. I love cinema, good wine and italian food and I would be more than happy to cook great pasta to all my future roomates!
