Hi your timeline is about right and rent target are the same as mine.

I'm laid back and easy to get along with. It might take a little bit for me to "warm up" to new people, or not, but once I do, I'm talkative, sarcastic, blunt, I have a good, yet dry, sense of humor and enjoy irony.

I consult, so it is possible I'd be gone off and on.

I would prefer someone who enjoys intellectual conversation yet can have a good time. Of course, I can keep to myself - we all need our time.

I partied my ass off forever and quit drinking, but drink 'em if you got 'em.

I do like the Ganja, so I hope that is no issue

I don't have any issues with what.you might be into it is none of my concern (especially if you share)

Ideal roommate:

I like real conversation, therefore someone with some smarts would be great

Age: Is nothing but a number. Attitude and personality traits are where it is at

Culture: Any is find. I did have several foreign roommates, and I loved learning about different cultures, comparing and contrasting them to my experience living here

Gender: I've had both female and male roommates. Over the last few years most of my friends have been female, but many of my good friends are male as well.

Any gender identification is fine

I would like to move within the month...the sooner the better, plane ticket prices notwithstanding.

One requirement is proximity to public transportation, especially trains. I don't intend to own a car.

I probably get along with females more so than males, but really, if you are intelligent, open-minded, and not obnoxious...i'm cool

I'm not a sports fan - I'm just throwing that in. It is vapid and a lot of fans can be obnoxious.

I am pretty quiet, but who knows; I could get wild again...doubtful. If you want to party it up, I'm cool with it unless I have something big the next night. Even then, as long as we aren't talking about wild shit all night long, it probably wont be an issue either.
