1 single occupancy bedroom available now on the 2nd floor of my house for a quiet, clean, responsible 'non smoker'. The laundry room is in the basement. Street parking only. The bus stop is about 200 yards from the house, roughly 2 blocks away.
The bathroom will be shared with 1 other person. Both of you are responsible for the cleanliness of the sink, toilet, and shower.
The rent is $650 per month; Wi-Fi and all utilities are included in the rent amount. Deposit is $300. All payments are cash only, no exceptions. No pets.
The room comes with or without a bed. TV is mounted on the wall. There is no cable channels; online streaming only. Corner standing light, fan, a clock, pillows, sheets, and blanket.
