Great Shared Living Situation in West Los Angeles

I have still six months left on my lease at Bungalow, a shared living service in West LA. This bedroom has an attached bathroom and the living room is fully furnished by Bungalow (tv, couch, coffee table).

Currently living with 3 other roommates (2 male, 1 female), but there is plenty of space for everyone in the luxury style apartment (owned by Wiseman Properties).

The $1,400 monthly cost includes base rent ($1,200), parking ($50), and monthly fee that covers utilities, internet, and monthly cleaning of the apartment ($150). I have not experienced any major issues with the place, but I have just been required to move for professional circumstances.

This is a great place for a young, working professional that is looking for a prime location in West Los Angeles. Please contact me if there is interest because the move-in time could potentially be as soon as early April.
