The building is brand new and we are the first tenants of this particular apartment. Everything is BRAND NEW. Doorman building with a gym, bike room, elevator and latch key codes at the entrance and at each apartment. The kitchen is state of the art & we have every appliance you could ever need (coffee maker, blender, juicer and a massive, chef-grade fridge), dishwasher, seperate wine fridge, steam shower (you will share the bathroom with one other tenant), washer & dryer in unit, heating/cooling systems in each bedroom and a communal flat screen TV with netflix, HBO, etc. You will also share the apartment with a miniature golden doodle. She is adorable, hypoallergenic and is away often.

The bedroom for rent has large 60+ inch wide windows, a full bed and comes tastefully FURNISHED. As this is short-term, some of my belongings will remain in the room. Depending on how much space you need, I am happy to store a portion of my belongings elsewhere. We can make it work :)

My two roommates are young, career women in their mid-twenties. They typically work regular to long hours and are not home a good amount of the time. We are all from California, eat pretty healthily and make an effort to keep the communal areas clean. We ask that you are easy-going, flexible and do. not. bring. the. drama.

The neighborhood, truly, cannot be beat (I know everyone says this, but seriously). The East Broadway F train is right outside the lobby door and Jajaja, 169 bar, Kiki's, Dimes, Grumpys and other NYC hotspots are within one block. There is a brand new trader Joes and Target less than a five minute walk away. Everything you could ever need is within walking distance and most is within 1-2 blocks.
