Hello! Jonathan here. I'm looking for a room / roommates in either the Valley, City, Westwood or Santa Monica area. My budget ranges fromm $1000 to $1600 including utilities. Please contact me if you have any leads.
Few things about me: I'm originally from Toronto but has lived in various places since childhood, including Houston (high school), Austin (UT), and L.A. Back in late 2008, I decided to move to Houston to work in the medical field. After 14 years I chose to return back to teaching secondary math and science. My hobbies include playing guitar and singing. I'm also a very active person who enjoys playing tennis, paddle, pickleball (basically anything with a racquet and ball lol), hiking, skiing etc. I love animals and currently have a cat; in otherwords, if you have a pet, that's no problem.
