🗓️ - may 1st move in / lease start date (lease ends nov 30th, 2024—with the option to renew!)

🏢 - 2 bedroom / 1 bath / dishwasher / no laundry / no central ac, but ac units are allowed / 3rd floor walk up

hello!!! my roommate is moving to be closer to her new job ((so exciting, but also SO sad!!!)), so i’m looking for someone new to take over her part of the lease! i’ve lived in this apartment for the past 6 months & i absolutely love it, the neighborhood is super chill & it’s right off the 110th st 1 stop—so it’s super convenient to get downtown. i’m switching to the room that’s a little bigger (& therefore will be taking a larger share of the rent), so you’d be taking over the room i’m currently in!

- i’m 23
- an aquarius! ((sun AND rising))
- moved to new york in november (originally from dearborn, michigan!)
- i work in midtown, doing digital stuff for a political non-profit (i’m in the office mon-wed & remote thurs/fri)
- graduated from umich last spring with a poli sci BA
- as a roommate, i’m good with keeping common areas reasonably clean / tidy and—while i do enjoy going out & exploring the city—i truly am a grandma at heart, so i’m pretty quiet /chill when at home!
- i love going to the movies (i’m a PROUD amc a list member), doing a smidge of improv, traveling as much as my bank account will let me 😮‍💨
