Hello, I'm seeking 1-2 roommates to sign a new lease with in Astoria in November or December. I have lived in the neighborhood for 9 years and wouldn't dream of moving anywhere else in the city. I am moving because I recently got out of a very long relationship.

I work in real estate and walk dogs as well, providing me with stable, verifiable income. I have a strong credit score and excellent references. I would like to live with other professionals who would like to create a peaceful home where we can all enjoy the space. I am very tidy and respectful of common spaces. I enjoy nice things and want roommates who share a similar lifestyle. I am social, but do not often have guests over to my home. For numerous reasons, I am seeking only male-identifying roommates.

At home, I am very quiet and generally keep to myself. I never play loud music or blast the tv. I'm an excellent cook and have a complete kitchen of equipment. I have a beautiful sofa, lamps, Bose 5.1 surround sound, and other things to furnish common spaces.
