Hi my name is Derrick. I graduated college in 2021 and moved to the city for work. I am working in a media/sales startup in mid town, but I am happy to live in east village/Kips Bay/Murray Hill.

I enjoy playing basketball, working out and music. I am also down to discover new habits, explore the city and try new restaurants,

Currently, I am teaching myself Ukeulele at the moment. I love going out with friends during the weekends and hanging out and explore the city.

I also found a 10X10 and 11X10 two bedrooms on 1st and 7th of 3700, but my roommate dipped on me lol. So here is that lmk if you are interested to see it. But I am happy to find other good options around the area. I am hoping to keep my budget under 2000, but I can be flexible as well.
