The space and current roommates are alcohol and 🍃 friendly, but smoking happens outside of the house. They’re super chill & respectful, fun guys but not loud! No regular loud, crazy parties happening.
The house itself is recently renovated with nice appliances and washer and dryer in the house! There’s also a nice backyard that’s great to hang out in! Plus since it’s already being lived in all the common spaces are fully furnished.
