Hi all! I'm looking for someone to fill my bedroom in a 2 bedroom 1.5 bathroom townhome in Adams Morgan from early to mid-March to August (definitely open for longer term). It's the top two floors of a beautiful, bright townhome between Malcom X Park and 18th street.

Apartment includes in-unit laundry, beautiful hardwood floors, crown molding, and very large, spacious bedrooms, perfect for working from home. There is ample closet space both within the bedroom, and in the hallways, as well as garage storage available. There is a covered, gated, garage parking spot included in the rent.

Location is great-- walking distance from 14th street, U St, Dupont Circle, and Columbia Heights, and less than 5 minutes walk from 18th street bars and restaurants. On the same block as the Adams Morgan Harris Teeter, which is a huge plus!

Your roommate would be a respectful, clean young professional women in her mid-twenties, working from home 2-3 days a week. She works in consulting, loves exercise and healthy cooking, entertaining friends, and a good wine and cheese night.
