The condo is located on Taylor St about 1.5 blocks from the Ballston metro stop making it easy to get anywhere. There are plenty of restaurants, gyms, and bars within walking distance. The unit is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo on the top floor right next to the elevator and roughly 1100 square feet. You'll have your own bathroom directly across the hall from the bedroom. Almost everything has been upgraded with new flooring and all new appliances that are less than a year old. There is a washer and dryer located in the unit making laundry very convenient.
The total rent is $1400 which includes a garage parking spot for a compact vehicle and access to the pool in the summer. Will be required to meet in person before moving in.
