Taylor M - $1,400/month

I'm soon to be a graduate of George Mason University with my master's. I'll be working at ATPCO as a User Experience (UX) Designer when I graduate in the spring. I'm looking for someone to share a 3 bedroom 2 bath with me. I don't have a lease signed yet but I have some potential apartments picked out that we could discuss. I'm looking to live close to Dulles airport since that's where my office is. I'd like to have a three bedroom so we could use it as an office/spare bedroom/workout/whatever space since I often work from home. I'm a very neat/clean person. I don't leave the kitchen dirty after cooking overnight and I'm looking for someone who is the same. I occasionally go out but I often have a friend or two over. Overnight guests are rare. If I have my way I go to sleep around midnight and wake up around 9. I love pets and while I don't have one currently it's likely I'll get one in the next year or two so I'm looking for someone who is also pet friendly.
