✨Hi Friends✨ We are Carly (27 F) and Sarah Joy (26 F), looking to add a new roommate to live with us in our lovely home! Our previous roommate moved out to live with her boyfriend which is why this gem of a space is up for grabs.

Since we’ve lived in this space (Carly for 4 years, and Sarah Joy for 2 years), we’ve created an inviting and cozy atmosphere where we encourage each other to be the best versions of ourselves. We are looking to add another person who we vibe with that appreciates and cares for our home as much as we do. LGBTQ+ & 420 friendly.

Details about the space:

• General: This one side of a duplex townhome is about a 7 minute walk from Cheeseman Park, and in walking distance coffee shops like Pablos Coffee and Novo Coffee, various restaurants like Odyssey and Angelos, plant shops, local retailers, dive bars, dispensaries, and more.

• Pets: We have two cats, Gnocchi and Momo. Unfortunately, we cannot live with dogs at this time, but we would be open to adding another cat.😽

• Utilities (per person, per month): Electric - $30-70; trash/recycling - $11; internet - $27; no water bill.

• Deposit/lease: standard one-month deposit starting August 31. 1 year lease minimum is preferred but we are flexible for the right person.

• Your space: the lamp, bed frame and dresser shown in the photo are included. However they can be moved out of your room before move in, if that is preferred.

About us:

We prioritize balance and champion the work hard, play hard lifestyle.💅💃🪩🧘‍♀️
We love being active and outside so we unwind by hiking, camping, paddle boarding, flow arts, playing frisbee golf/ultimate frisbee, long cheeseman walks, skiing, going to the gym (multiple times a week) and yoga. We love live music, and supporting local artists/DJs so we basically go to at least 1 show every weekend. Heres a snippet of some of the major shows we have coming up this year: Inzo & Blookah at Mishawaka, Camp Alderwild, Eazybaked, Chase & Status, Daily Bread, Apashe, and LYNY.
We love to host family dinners, craft nights, summer soirées, movie nights, and other events but most days/nights we need our alone time to recharge. We pride ourselves on being open minded and must live with people who are the same.
