Hello, my name is Theresa and I'm interested in helping someone pay their rent in nicely furnished nice area of Nashville or close surrounding I'm semi-retired and a widow been staying in motels every night and I'm just really sick and tired of it. I'm 58 years old I don't really feel like I look it or act it... but I'm I'm old. Lol I'm clean. And have no problem of keeping my surroundings clean as well and my husband passed we sold the house and I narrowed down a 3,000 square foot home into a 5x10 storage unit with just pieces that really mean something to me, I have no furniture. I would prefer a PRIVATE entrance PRIVATE bathroom. I do smoke cigarettes not heavy smoker but on occasion but I'm okay with walking outside to smoke I also have no problem with 420 I don't really do it that much but if it's around me I'm okay with it.... I don't like drama or playing games or liars or thieves I will respect you and your things and in turn if you respect me we're going to get along great .I'm really a cool lady I get along with just about everybody. I do have children but they're grown I have grandkids but seriously doubt they'll be popping in on me. I don't have pets I don't mind if you do as long as they don't you know jump all over my stuff for driving me nuts I'm okay with them. I can easily pay $800 a month toward everything. On the questions I put month to month but that's because I'd rather us meet and see how we'll get along instead of me you know sign a year's lease and you not like me or I'm not like you so maybe we could just do month to month to see how we click and then after that yeah.
