The apartment is located in a brownstone building on 145th and Convent Ave. It’s a 2 minute walk to the ABCD train(s). A 12 minute ride to Columbus Circle. It’s a third floor walk up, so be aware of the stairs (no elevator). Washer and dryers are located on the first floor of the apartment, which is very accessible. The apartment is a two bed 1 bath. I live in the master bedroom and I’m renting out the second bedroom. It fits a full size bed with room for furniture such as a desk and a dresser. The living room, kitchen, and bathroom are shared common areas. I tend to stay in my room most times, so you should feel free to use these spaces!
Currently I have a twin bed and a nightstand in the private bedroom. Those can either go or stay, as you wish.
