Hey, I am looking for a responsible roommate who needs a fully furnished bedroom to rent. I own a 3 bedroom house in Flourtown at the end of my street is Fort Washington State Park. I am trying to pay off some of my credit card debt so that is why I am looking for a roommate. I am an art teacher in Philadelphia and I live in between Chestnut Hill and the Plymouth Meeting Mall. I live approximately 35-40 minutes from center city and about 20-25 from King of Prussia. Rent would be $750 utilities included, easy street parking, fully furnished, wifi, laundry and cable ... I don't know what else to say.
