Five minute drive from Metroplex (Target, Giant, etc). Just off 476/276, which makes it easy for any commute. Also located on bus/train lines. Very safe neighborhood.

The house itself is 4 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms. Two bedrooms are available, for $600 each. There is a garage and driveway so parking is not an issue (it is not a busy street anyway, so never would be a big deal). Washer/dryer. Big yard.
