This is a large room in a 3br that takes up a full floor of a building on the same block as the L/G intersection in Williamsburg. It comes with furniture, but you can replace that with your own. We have sole access to the roof and the living room has a skylight. Electricity is part of the rent and internet is another $25 per person. I've lived here 2 1/2 years and never had an issue with the owner or the super.
