Looking for 1 more roommate for a room w/ shared bathroom ($1100+ utilities) available for move in December! The lease will remain through the summer 2025. It’s a 7 minute drive to campus and right off Main Street in Fairfax!

Location: Fairfax Square Apartments, located 2 miles from GMU w/ CUE & metro bus stop at community entrance.

Amenities: Pool, 24-hr Fitness center, & Dog park

Utilities: $80-120 depending on gas & electric use

Parking: one-time $50 for parking decal, there is 1 reserved spot, but also plenty of open spaces directly in front of the townhouse

Pets: Mykia has a friendly service dog, a lab-pitty mix. There’s no space for another service animal or pet in this household.

Roommates: Mariah is a working professional and Mykia is a GMU student. Open to female in their early 20's, & LGBTQ friendly!
