I have lived in this apartment for two years and have loved it. My current roommate are moving out and I am looking for one roommate to join the lease with me. I am extending the lease for 6 months only but who ever takes the room will have the option to resign the lease afterwards.

About me: I am a mid 30s woman, creative/marketing consultant for agencies. Originally from Brazil, and been in NY for about 3 years now. Some of my interests include yoga, photography, art, meditation, podcasts, music, and wellness. love going to different events around the city.

I’d love to find like minded roommates in their late 20s or 30s. I work a lot but hope to become friends with the people I am living with.
