I’m a 23-yr old biochemistry PhD student. I’m a fun-loving, easy-going individual, but I am serious about keeping my space clean and tidy. I work 9-5 during the weeks and tend to travel home to PA on the weekends.

A friend and I are looking for a third girl to sign a lease with us for an apartment in Washington Heights. Its a 3br 2bath duplex with a dishwasher, and washer/dryer in unit. We are looking for someone to take the downstairs room, which is very large, has two closets and its own bathroom. The move in is December 1st and monthly rent would be $1150.
