Available Room for Rent

1B Private room, shared bathroom, Sunnyvale

We are looking for a housemate for one of the bedrooms. $1100 room with a shared bath in a 3 bed/2 bath house in Sunnyvale starting March 12th. + (PG&E + Internet)

($800 refundable deposit), We are ok with short or long term accommodation options and we are looking to rent the room starting March 8th.

The room is not furnished, but if this is for a short-term accommodation, we can consider providing some basic furniture or negotiate in other areas.

1310 kingfisher way, Sunnyvale. Close to grocery stores, restaurants and only 7 mins to the Apple Campus.

You will be sharing the house with one male- Technical Marketing Manager and one female - Technical Program Manager working in high tech IT in their early 30s and an adorable four years old cat. (please dont respond to this ad if you’re allergic to cats). We are quiet, clean and considerate. Mostly we keep things to ourselves but won’t mind hanging out once in a week or so. Once a month we have a cleaning lady come in to do the deep cleaning and expect you to keep your room and bathroom as clean as possible.

We don’t have gender preference for flat mates as long as you clean up after yourself within 24 hours, respectful, pay bills on time – we will get along. (No smoking, no 420).
