We are looking to fill a bedroom in our spacious, beautifully renovated 3 bed/1.5 bath townhouse in north Oakland. We are a married couple who have been living here since 2013. We keep noise down before 8am and after 10pm. We love cooking, hiking, and reading. We are not big drinkers or partiers and there is no smoking anywhere on the property. We are looking for quiet, respectful, tidy roommates for a one year lease from March 1 2019 - February 29, 2020.

room shares a jack and jill full bathroom, and the shower/bath is used by all three rooms. rooms is already furnished and includes a queen bed with a memory foam mattress. The room has a large wardrobe in addition to a built in closet. The rental price includes internet and garbage but not water, gas, or electricity. The 1 year lease is from March 1 2019-February 29 2020, no extensions.
Easy commute to SF, DT Oakland, Pixar, UC Berkeley, etc. It's the top unit in a duplex in a quiet, friendly neighborhood with parks, public transit, and restaurants nearby. Two people live in the downstairs unit and are quiet and travel occasionally. We live in the upstairs unit and travel frequently so you would often have the unit to yourself.
