I'm looking to rent short term in NYC. I'm a recent college graduate and freshly starting out my career.
As a roommate I'm pretty lowkey. I tend to stay more in my room, I'm neat and always clean up after myself in public areas. I'm very on top of things like bills and rent and will always pay on time. I have three years of experience sharing a house with roommates during college, so I feel pretty well qualified lol.

I'm looking for a cool group of people I can vibe with, who are neat and respectful of other's belongings. I would prefer an apartment on the quieter side without too many other people around constantly. If you're queer that's a definite plus :)
