Hi! I'm moving to NYC for a change in scenery and am looking for 1 (or 2) people to apartment hunt with!

Apartment preferences: $1600 (but am willing to be flexible for more amenities), aiming for Williamsburg/East Williamsburg/Greenpoint but open to surrounding areas. I'm hoping for an Oct. 1 move-in, but I could be in the city as early as mid-September!

About me: I'm 26, originally from Seattle, WA. I work remotely, but aiming to go into a co-working space 1-2x a week. I'm a huge foodie - always trying to check out new restaurants and love to bake. I'm also into sports & music so hoping to go to some games and concerts! I would love to be friends with my roommate, whether that be to explore the city with or just some drinks at home, but not a requirement. Just hoping to have a clean space with someone respectful!
