Roommate Wanted – Luxury Apartment in Canoga Park/Warner Center

I’m looking for a respectful, responsible, and down-to-earth roommate to share my beautiful luxury apartment. I’m hoping to find someone who is clean, considerate, and financially stable. Proof of employment and income will be required.
The available bedroom is private and features floor-to-ceiling windows that provide plenty of natural light. You’ll also have your own private bathroom. The apartment includes an in-unit washer and dryer, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, and everything needed for comfortable living.
The community is surrounded by newer luxury apartment buildings and is conveniently located across the street from a charming coffee shop. It’s less than a mile from Westfield Topanga Mall, with excellent dining nearby, including Ruth’s Chris Steak House, Morton’s Steakhouse, Brothers Sushi, STK, Katsuya, and many other great restaurants. Grocery shopping is equally convenient, with Whole Foods Market, Sprouts Farmers Market, Trader Joe’s, and Ralphs all about a mile away.
