Available Room for Rent

Looking for potential roommate

*READ PLEASE*
I'm looking for a potential roommate to replace myself out of a new lease with the 2 roommates I currently have. Before even contacting me on your interest, we are looking for a roommate who meets ALL of the following:
1. Must have a stable, full-time job
2. Must go through a background check (absolutely a must, no questions asked)
3. Responsible in rent every 1st of the month, no questions asked.
4. Pet friendly
**My roommates and I do NOT tolerate any BS whatsoever, so if you do NOT meet all of the following, do NOT not message me and waste either of our times.

That being said, we are seeking a potential roommate that will have his/her room and individual bathroom at San Posada. This apartment complex is one of Mark Taylor's owned luxury apartment complexes in the valley, you can read more about it on their ( is your best friend).
Base rent is approximately (water included), while power is approximately /month (depending on the season, summers need more power than winter in AZ). We live with 1 dog, and he's a miniature pinscher, very friendly.
