About Me

We are looking for a fourth, female roommate for a brand new apartment in Oakland (Pill Hill), 12 minutes walking from BART, three blocks from Sprouts, 20 minute walk to Lake Merritt. You will have your own parking spot in a gated lot on site. Our unit is on the third floor of the house, and you will share a bathroom with two other roommates.

We are laid back but cleanly. No judgement -- but we would prefer if you were open-minded and ready to make new friends! P.s. We have already agreed to keep the thermostat between 68-70, so if you prefer to crank the heat, this may not be the best match. No pets, please!
