My roommate is moving out and I am looking for a person to take her room in a 2BR apartment in the Central Richmond district. We are around the corner on 22nd Ave and Geary Blvd. The apartment is located on the second floor of a modest three-story apartment complex. There are only about six units total; apartments located only on the second and third floors, parking on the first floor. It is a quiet apartment located in a quiet area. The apartment has a long hallway entrance, a spacious living room and ample kitchen space. Utils come to about $80-110/month. Ideally, you would start Feb 1st or earlier.

FEMALES ONLY, NO COUPLES.

The apartment is a short drive/bus ride to USF, UCSF; a 10 min walk to golden gate park, 15 min drive to 80, 101 and 280, a 5-10 min drive to ocean beach, a 30-45 min MUNI ride to the financial district. Also, it is smack in the middle of the RICHMOND DISTRICT and there is a lot of good restaurants here. This place is excellent if you are a foodie.

I'm looking for a working professional in their 20s or 30s with the following qualities:

- Gross monthly income or some proof of ability to pay at least 3x the rent
- Solid credit history
- Definitely no hard drugs
- No pets, crazy parties and no drama
