Cozy bedroom in 2bd/1ba apartment for short-term rent (1 month, length negotiable) starting February 1. The room gets a lot of light from a window looking out onto the street. No closet, but you can use a closet just outside your door.
The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a well-maintained brownstone in Crown Heights. Neighbors are friendly and quiet. Conveniently located near the A/C, B44, and 4/5/2/3.

The room comes furnished with a full-sized bed, set of sheets, a side table, and a 6-cubby shelf. (I'm taking the bookshelf with me.)

There's a very sweet and friendly cat who lives in the apartment. No other pets, please.

You would have just one roommate: a guy in his 30s who works as an attorney. He's great -- he keeps the apartment clean and peaceful. (Why the term is short: he's moving out at the end of Feb and I'm moving to Greenwood. I've been very happy here and I'm sad to leave this apartment.)
