Look for female roommate to rent a room in my 2b 1b apartment 😊

Hi! I’m looking for a roommate in my 2 bed 1 bath 2nd floor apartment😊 I’m 25 yr old female so I’d prefer another female in her 20s-30s!
Move in June 1st, open to short stays but prefer at least 6months
It’s located in East Hollywood close to ktown and downtown, about 10-15 minutes from most places depending on traffic 😅
About me: I work 3-4 days right now, I don’t really have people over but I don’t mind if you do j not more than a few times a week. I’m quiet, clean and friendly 😸 and I have 2 cats. Most of the furniture you see I will be keeping but I’m always down to redecorate if you want to!! I don’t want you to feel like ur moving into a room but a home! Im very open to anything you might want to change or bring with you into the shared space.
My roommate will be leaving an air conditioner in your room that works pretty well for summer. Your room is a good size and comes with a closet. I also have a small dishwasher that you can use as well and we have a laundry room with a washer and dryer. We also have a parking spot that is 50$ a month so 25$ each but tbh I mostly park on the street so it’s usually available. We also have a large front yard.
Water and gas is unfortunately not included in rent but it usually is less than 100$ a month
And Wi-Fi is 30 each.
