I'm graduating university this May and am looking to move into LA soon after. I'm mostly looking at Koreatown and East/West Hollywood as neighborhoods. I am gay and trans, so being queer/queer friendly would make us a better fit.
I keep to my own spaces and am generally quick and clean up, and if you have pets (especially cats) I'd be happy to help with maintenance like feeding or litter.
