Basement Apartment/Roommate

I have a house in Denver near City Park and looking for a gay male roommate. The house is 2 bedroom/1 bath (upstairs) and the basement has been converted into a basement apartment but has no kitchen in the basement. You would have access to the main house for kitchen use, etc. The space is not furnished so you’d need your own furnishings.

The rent and deposit are somewhat negotiable (I WILL WORK WITH YOU) and would ultimately like to find someone who is struggling that has some handyman or cleaning skills to help with some upkeep around the house and weekly cleaning for reduced rent but definitely not a requirement.

I am a 60 yr. gay male who leads a very quiet lifestyle. I have two cats so additional pets would not be allowed but may consider another cat.

I am looking for someone like me that has a very quiet lifestyle, not into the bar scene and someone that is not coming and going at all hours of the day and night. I like a simple life and looking for someone with a similar lifestyle. Cigarette smoking allowed outside only. No drugs, alcoholics and no 420 allowed on property. Looking for single person only - no couples.
