I am an outgoing professional in my mid-30s. I attend numerous concerts and go to most Rapids games, as well as a number of Rockies games. I run youth soccer leagues and tournaments for a living and love my job! I do have friends over on occasion to hang out, watch Premier League soccer, but avoid hosting too many people or parties. Available Room for Rent
Private Room w/ Shared Bath in Quiet Neighborhood
I am looking for a roommate to take the vacant room in a 2-bedroom, 1 shared bathroom home located in the Virginia Village area of South Denver. There is also a shared office as I work from home on Mondays and Fridays. The bedroom comes UNFURNISHED, as does any office equipment you need. In addition to safe street parking and a long driveway, there is a one-car garage. I am open to alternating which car is parked in the garage.
The main level of the house itself is approximately 900 sq ft and contains a spacious living room, dining area, and kitchen on the left side of the house with two bedrooms, one shared office, one bathroom and a large closet off the hallway to the right. The vacant bedroom sits on the northeast corner of the house and is about 120 sq ft with plenty of closet space and small TV mounted on the wall.
Separating the kitchen from the living room is a stairwell that goes to the basement where the laundry is located. The rest of the basement is reserved for storage from the homeowner, a great friend of mine.
The backyard is spacious and has a furnished, covered patio to enjoy the great weather! There is a two-car garage at the back of the yard the serves as storage for the homeowner.
The monthly rent is $1,100 plus utilities (electric, gas, internet, any other services?). I handle the yard work myself, so no payment is needed for lawn maintenance.
