Both of my current roommates are young professionals that work in the fashion industry, are super clean, and are absolute sweethearts. One of them goes to the office five days a week, and the other goes one or two days a week.

The building is halfway between the Morgan L and Flushing J/M and the area has tons of awesome restaurants such as Roberta's (my FAVORITE), Win Son, Forrest Point, The Graham Bar, and Pizzette. Tons of nightlife to look forward to in a few months when it reopens.
