Hello, I’m a student looking for a furnished apartment or condo near Little Italy / Centretown West starting from the end of August or September 1. I'd like to be in a building/complex such as 101 Champagne, 105 Champagne, or Soho Champagne but I’m open to other nearby options.

My budget is around $1000–$1500/month, and I’m open to either joining someone who already has a place or teaming up with a roommate (female only) to rent a condo/apartment together. I’m clean, quiet, and responsible, and hoping to find a comfortable space for the school year.
