Master Bedroom replacement needed - $1480 + SEPTEMBER FREE

Hello, I'm Colin, a recent LMU graduate (Class of 2026).

Due to personal/family reasons, I unfortunately have to move out of my apartment in The Meadows in Culver City, and my roommate Josh (also an LMU graduate) is looking for someone to take my place.

The apartment is ~10 minutes from LMU, right by Westfield Culver City. It is also only 15-20 minutes away from UCLA, and 10 minutes away from OTIS as well. The available room is the master bedroom with a private bathroom and large closets, for about $1,480/month. September’s rent is free through a deal we received. The unit also has a spacious living room, kitchen, and patio.

The community has pools, a 24-hour gym, tennis/pickleball courts, gated access, and 24-hour security. The lease runs through August 2027, and the room is available ASAP.
