Beautiful bedroom for rent in historic Jackson Heights. The bedroom is fully furnished with a nice bed, dressers, night stands, lights, and AC for the summer. All utilities and Wi-Fi internet included. Laundry located in basement of building. The bedroom is located to 2 subway stations for the E and F express trains and 7 train (82nd street, 74th street). The bedroom is also located one block to many restaurants and shops located on 37th avenue and travers park which will be opening soon after a major renovation.
Monthly rent $1300 + 1 Month Security Deposit. Looking for someone to move in on 02/1/2019.
The bedroom is for one or two person, If two person it’ll be an extra $200 a month. I am looking for someone to stay for a shorter term 3 months +- or so, but please contact me about your situation I’m flexible. I am looking for someone who does not bring furniture as the bedroom is fully furnished. I am looking for someone who values peace and quiet, is respectful of the apartment, and does not bring the party home.
About me: I’m transitioning to LA so while I will keep the smaller of the two bedrooms for myself I actually won’t be in the apartment much more than a few days a month at most. I’m a calm, chill guy who works for himself and runs a small eyewear business. Generally if I’m here I’ll be working and watching a movie or something.
