Looking for a roommate for ideally a year lease. 20 ft ceilings, bright, remodeled apartment with dishwasher, washer/dryer and modern kitchen. The Bedrooms are opposite ends of the apartment so noise is minimal and privacy is fantastic.

It’s a 4th-floor walk up 2 blocks from the Bedford L station, 15 minutes to the city. 3 blocks from the waterfront, 3 blocks from McCarran Park. Great restaurants and nightlife all around but our street is quiet.

About me: 40s tech manager. I work hybrid and travel often. Very chill, clean, and down to hang but also cool doing my own thing. 420 friendly but no cigarettes or pets allowed. I’m into pickleball, and yoga, and I go out often but not late at night.

Your room has a huge closet with room for a queen bed and a desk. Lots of light. It’s best for one person (no couples please).

The living room is fully furnished with a huge TV, PlayStation plus Sonos sound system. Small dining table in the fully stocked modern kitchen.

Bathroom has marble tiles and shower. It’s small but very clean and great water pressure.
