Hi All,

I'm a 30-year-old male looking for a roommate in Manhattan. I've been living with a roommate in the city for about 4 years. My current roommate is leaving New York and I'm not quite ready to pony-up to live alone, so I'm looking for a roommate once again.

I'm targeting a late April move (current lease is up May 1) and I'm on hunt for an apartment as well as a roommate. I'm open to most areas of Manhattan, though I have a few preferences in mind.

I keep a pretty normal routine during the week (up and working around 9, done with work around 6-7, sometimes later). I like going out on weekends and plan to do so after COVID.

I approach COVID fairly carefully (big believer in masks, gloves, social distancing, etc) and would plan to get the vaccine as soon as I'm eligible.
