Looking to rent out my den to a young working professional.
About the Building/Apartment/Room: The den is spacious, can fit a queen size bed and two dressers. The room has beautiful French doors, so privacy, privacy is not an issue.
The apartment is very bright, lots of sunlight with a beautiful view of the CN Tower. The apartment is shared (i.e. kitchen, living room, bathroom) and is furnished.
24/7 concierge, gym, laundry in building, swimming pool, sona, patio area, BBQ, central air & heat, dishwasher, microwave, stove, fridge, visitor parking available, parking is extra.
** My roommate has a bed and dresser which you can purchase from her if needed. They are both less than a year old.
