I work remote in healthcare starting at 6 am to 2:30 pm so can't have extremely loud noise (like loud music) during that time.

I am a low key person and love getting outside on the weekends. I would like to team up with someone to look for a place and sign a lease together. I do have my own furniture aside from the bedroom which includes living room, dining set and patio so I willing to pay a little extra if we rent together. Prefer someone who is very clean (in our shared space - kitchen, living and dining room area). I am okay with a dog or cat as long as it does not shed (important).

Looking to move to either Walnut Creek, Pleasant Hill, Concord, Martinez, Benicia or anywhere close to these areas. I will also consider moving to Fairfield or Vacaville area as my last resort.
