About Me

Hi! My name's Ashley and I'm looking for two housemates to renew my lease in Newark. I am a quiet, clean, respectful person who works at a non-profit. I love this house because it's updated (all appliances and finishes), has hardwood floors, a big backyard, 2 car garage, and is in a safe quiet neighborhood where I walk at night. It's also 3 minutes away from Sprouts, Safeway, 99 Ranch, Lucid Motors, and hwy 880. It's about 5 minutes away from Coyote Hills Regional Park and Don Edwards Wildlife Refuge.

I live here with my 9lb dog Winnie who is 16, quiet, and well behaved (I'm a service dog trainer). She comes to work with me and sleeps in her dog bed when at home (she is very cat-like). I'd love to find housemates that are chill, help with common space cleaning, and would be up to hang out every once in a while. I like being outside, playing games, indoor bouldering, and watching F1.
