I just graduated Umass and I'm looking to move into the city within the next few months.I currently live out on long island. I work in Midtown and am looking to move to manhattan. I would be willing to move to Hoboken, Brooklyn or queens of the price was right. Working out is my typical after work activity. I like going out on weekends or just hanging out with friends. $1200 would be my max budget after utilities. I'm easy going and definitely want to have a friendship with my roommate. I have lived with a brother so i am very good at keeping the bathroom clean. I just want common spaces clean i dont really care what your room looks like (we all cant be perfect i get it) One of my biggest pro's is my interior designer mother who will insist on decorating the apartment cute (and hopefully get us some discount furniture lol) All past roommates would give me a 5 star yelp review.

Does anyone else feel like this is roommate online dating or is it just me?
