Hi all, I am looking for a roommate! The apartment is a fifth floor walk up and newly renovated with stainless steal appliances including a dishwasher and a washer/dryer in unit. (I know, amazing!) There is exposed brick in the living/kitchen area and in both bedrooms and weirdly looks just as nice in person as the pictures on street easy. The bathroom is also newly renovated and in mint condition. I am a pediatric nurse so my schedule is a little different than most. I work 12 hour shifts, including 3 weekend days a month. I am looking for a roommate who is easy going and likes to have fun just as I do but who is respectful of priorities and also puts work first. When I’m not working, I love to run or go to yoga/pilates. I also enjoy photography and really anything to do with art and art museums so I spend a lot of my days off doing something to do with that. NYC is the best city on earth and I love exploring it! I am just looking for someone to co-habituate this apartment who will be pleasant and respectful of the space and of each other. But I love meeting new people and being introduced to new hobbies so we could become best friends!
