I'm super chill, laid back and looking for a roommate to help financially. I have a two story, 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath house built in 2001 and I've lived here since '03. I'm a Military guy, work in Imperial Beach. I live here alone with 1 dog and 2 cats. Prefer you not have/bring kids. You can stay here month to month and leave anytime you'd like. I live in a very nice, quiet and safe neighborhood. Temecula wine country is about a 10 min drive as I live off Temecula Pkwy and Butterfield dr. Temecula mall is short drive and shopping and places to eat are endless. Old Town Temecula is about a 15 min drive. Move in fee is negotiable.
