Hi! I’m a 29 year old nanny/newly licensed real estate agent currently living in a three bedroom townhouse with my boyfriend of 7 years and our lovely roommate. She recently got engaged and will be moving out with her fiancé at the end of May/early June and we are looking to find a new roommate so that we can stay here.

My boyfriend and I are both friendly and super approachable creatives with musical backgrounds. I am a great communicator and problem solver, and we are both clean people but not psycho about it. If you do your part to clean up after yourself and share chores with us, we’ll get along just fine. We would ideally like to find a roommate who shares similar interests (music, dance, video games, binging tv), but we can get along with almost anyone. We also would like to find someone who is either single or who prefers to spend time at their partner’s place with them, only because of the limited common space we have in the townhouse. It can get a bit crowded if visits become frequent. Super bonus points if you have a cute cat or dog we can give lots of attention to, we love animals.
